(a) Unauthorized use of a senior's assets, coercion into wills/contracts, or scams targeting seniors carry penalties of up to 10 years imprisonment and restitution.
(b) Banks must flag suspicious transactions involving seniors' accounts for review.

(a) Seniors have priority access to state-funded healthcare, including geriatric specialists and home care services.
