Content Ratings
Preamble:
To establish age-appropriate content standards and regulate media distribution, ensuring alignment with Chapter 6, Article 16(2) of the Constitution ("Right to education and cultural integrity").
Section 1A -- Classification System
(a) All media (films, games, publications) must display age ratings:
U (Universal), PG (Parental Guidance), 15+, 18+.
(b) Ratings are assigned by the Media Standards Commission.
Section 1B -- Restricted Content
(a) Distribution of excessively violent, pornographic, or discriminatory material to minors is prohibited.
