To preserve the constitutional rights to freedom of expression, access to information, and equal civic participation in the digital age, this Act safeguards the digital liberties of all persons within Links Land. Enacted pursuant to Chapter 6 (Rights and Freedoms), Chapter 1 (Sovereignty), and Chapter 4 (Legislative Functions) of the Constitution, this Act ensures transparency in algorithmic systems, prohibits unjust digital censorship, and protects the open exchange of ideas across all platforms and borders.
Article 1: Purpose and Principles
Section A: Objective
This Act protects the digital rights of all citizens of the Constitutional Monarchy of Links Land.
It affirms that digital platforms shall be governed by principles of:
Transparency
Algorithmic accountability
Freedom of expression
Non-discrimination
Cross-border access to information and culture
Section B: National Values in the Digital Sphere
The internet shall remain a space of free thought, cultural exchange, and open speech.
No citizen shall be algorithmically silenced, shadow-banned, or digitally discriminated against on grounds of political opinion, identity, or belief.
