Article 8: Security, Counting, and Oversight​

Section A: Vote Counting​

  1. All votes shall be digitally counted by the LinksLandic IT Team.

  2. A dedicated Election Security Police Unit shall oversee all counting locations.

Section B: Observers​

  1. International observers are permitted only after full background and qualification checks.

Section C: Fraud Handling​

In case of suspected fraud:

  1. All counting halts immediately.

  2. A full investigation of all party members begins.

  3. If fraud is confirmed:

    • The individual is suspended.

    • The Non-Elected President assumes office.

    • A new election is held.

    • The offender is charged with High Treason.

Section D: Recounts

  1. A recount may be called with 50% support in Parliament.

  2. The Non-Elected President shall serve as interim Head of State during the recount.
