Article 6: Campaign Conduct and Party Registration

Section A: Campaign Period

1. Campaigning may begin no earlier than 19 weeks before election day.

Section B: Unlawful Practices

It is unlawful to:

1. Spread false or unproven allegations.

2. Accuse another party of corruption without verified evidence.

3. Exceed more than five simultaneous advertisements per party.

Section C: Donations and Party Registration

1. Donations may only come from:

   • Citizens or permanent residents of Links Land.

   • Registered organizations domiciled in Links Land.

2. All political parties must register with the Electoral Authority.
