Article 4: Candidate Eligibility and Requirements​

Section A: Presidential and Vice Presidential Requirements​

  1. Must not be older than 60 on the day of the election.

  2. Must never have been imprisoned.

Section B: Parliamentary Eligibility​

  1. Candidates must be between 16 and 45 years old at their first election.

  2. MPs may be re-selected by their party an unlimited number of times.

Section C: Term Limits and Filing Fees​

  1. Presidents and Vice Presidents may each serve a maximum of two terms.

  2. A Vice President who has served two terms may stand for President.

  3. All candidates must pay a filing fee of Đ10,000 to the Electoral Authority.
