Article 3: Voting Rights and Education​

Section A: Voter Eligibility​

  1. All tax-paying citizens and residents aged 16 or older shall be eligible to vote.

  2. Political education shall be mandatory in schools from age 10 in order to qualify for the electoral roll.

Section B: Disqualifications​

  1. Any individual charged with three or more High Offences shall be permanently disqualified from voting.
