Article 2: Scope and Jurisdiction​

Section A: Elections Covered​

The Committee shall oversee and regulate:

  • Presidential Elections

  • Vice Presidential Elections

  • Parliamentary Elections

  • National Referendum

  • Recognised Internal Party Elections

  • Local and Regional Elections (if mandated)

Section B: Timing and Authority​

  1. General elections shall be held every 5 years.

  2. The President may request early elections.

  3. His Majesty may call elections at discretion, particularly during crises or national instability.
