Article C: Constitutional Authority and Compliance
Section A: Legal Foundation
This Act is enacted in accordance with the Constitution of the Constitutional Monarchy of Links Land, specifically under the following provisions:

Chapter 1, Article 2 -- Establishes the form of government as a Democratic-Constitutional Monarchy, permitting electoral processes under democratic principles.

Chapter 3, Article 9 -- Grants legitimacy to the role of the Elected President, to be chosen through democratic elections.

Chapter 4, Article 12 and Article 13 -- Establish the powers and structure of Parliament, including its authority to pass electoral laws and regulate elections.

Chapter 6, Article 16 -- Affirms the right of citizens to participate in free and fair elections.
Section B: Supremacy and Interpretation

In the event of legal ambiguity, the Constitution shall take precedence.

All institutions created or governed by this Act shall operate within the scope of constitutional limits.
Section C: Judicial Oversight

The Constitutional Court of Links Land shall retain final jurisdiction on all matters of interpretation, legality, and enforcement arising from this Act.

No provision in this Act shall be construed as restricting constitutional freedoms or altering the role of constitutional institutions without express amendment.
