Article 12: Implementation and Constitutional Authority​

Section A: Commencement​

This Act takes effect immediately upon passage.

Section B: Transition​

The current government shall remain until the next scheduled election.

Section C: Constitutional Alignment​

This Act is adopted under:

  • Article 13 -- Legislative powers of Parliament

  • Article 7 -- National governance structure

  • Article 17 -- Responsibilities of Citizens
    No current constitutional provisions are repealed or contradicted by this Act.
