Article C: Constitutional Alignment

Section C.1:

This Act is enacted in accordance with:

Article 1:

Recognizing the sovereignty and indivisibility of Links Land;

Article 13:

Granting Parliament authority to regulate national economic and financial matters;

Article 14:

Empowering an impartial and independent regulatory framework through executive offices;

Article 16:

Upholding every citizen's right to participate fairly in the national economy.

Section C.2:

All previous laws, practices, or external instruments that contradict this Act shall be deemed null and void.

Section C.3:

This Act shall come into force immediately upon publication in the National Gazette and shall be known formally as the Currency and Monetary Standards Act 2025 (CMS).
