Article 1

Preamble​

To establish, regulate, and protect the monetary system of the Constitutional Monarchy of Links Land, this Act formalizes the national currency, defines its denominations, empowers the issuing authority, and safeguards the economic integrity of the realm. This law shall ensure stability, trust, and sovereign control over the financial instruments and value systems within the nation.

Article 1: National Currency of Links Land​

Section A: Official Title and Symbol​

The official currency of Links Land shall be known as the Links Landic Dime, symbolized as Đ.

Informally, citizens may refer to denominations using customary terms, such as "fivent" for Đ5.

The Links Landic Dime shall be the sole legal tender for all debts, taxes, and payments within the territory of Links Land.

No other currency shall be accepted in official transactions unless authorized by the Ministry of Global Stability.
