Article C: Constitutional Alignment

Section C.1:

This Act is enacted under the constitutional authority granted by:

Article 1:

vereignty of the State and protection of territorial integrity;

Article 13:

gislative powers of Parliament to pass environmental and public interest laws;

Article 16:

ndamental right to enjoy a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment.

Section C.2:

This Act shall apply uniformly across all counties and territories of the Constitutional Monarchy of Links Land.

Section C.3:

This Act shall come into effect sixty (60) days from its date of publication in the National Gazette.
