Article 5: Funding and Public Grants​

Section A: Budget Allocation​

Parliament shall annually allocate dedicated funds to the National Parks Authority to cover:

  • Park maintenance and protection programs;

  • Restoration and rehabilitation projects;

  • Public education and tourism services.

Section B: Community Participation Grants​

Recognized NGOs, community councils, and schools may apply for conservation and education grants through the NPA to support local engagement in park preservation.

Section C: Financial Oversight​

All grants and expenditures shall be subject to annual audit and must comply with the Financial Regulations Act 2025 (FRA).
