Article 4: Enforcement and Penalties​

Section A: Enforcement Authority​

Park Rangers and Environmental Officers shall have legal authority to:

  • Detain violators within park boundaries;

  • Issue citations and enforce temporary bans;

  • Initiate prosecution in coordination with the Ministry of Justice.

Section B: Penalties for Violations​

Offenses under this Act may result in:

  • Fines up to Đ50,000 for corporate violations and Đ5,000 for individual violations;

  • Imprisonment of up to twelve (12) months for willful or repeated infractions;

  • Mandatory restitution through environmental restoration initiatives.
