Article 3: National Parks Authority (NPA)​

Section A: Establishment and Function​

A National Parks Authority (NPA) shall be established under the Ministry of Environment.

Section B: Responsibilities of the NPA​

The NPA shall:

  • Maintain all designated parks and ecological infrastructure;

  • Employ and train Park Rangers and ecological staff;

  • Issue permits and enforce compliance with this Act;

  • Submit annual reports to Parliament on park conditions, restoration progress, and public access.
