Article 2: Activities and Access​

Section A: Prohibited Activities​

Within the boundaries of National Parks, the following activities shall be prohibited:

  • Commercial extraction, including mining, drilling, and logging;

  • Unauthorized construction or modification of the landscape;

  • Off-road vehicular access without prior permit;

  • Littering, dumping, or damage to flora and fauna.

Section B: Permitted Activities​

The following activities shall be permitted in accordance with park regulations:

  • Hiking, camping, and low-impact ecotourism in designated areas;

  • Licensed scientific research;

  • Educational programs approved by the National Parks Authority.
