Article 1

Preamble

In recognition of the Constitutional-Monarchy of Links Land's duty to protect its natural heritage for present and future generations, and pursuant to the nation's commitment to environmental stewardship, ecological balance, and public access to green spaces, this Act is established to preserve, restore, and expand protected national parks across the realm.

This Act affirms the principle that nature is a shared national treasure, and that its preservation is vital to the health, identity, and well-being of the nation and its people.

Article 1: Establishment of National Parks

Section A: Designation of Parks

The government shall designate no fewer than ten (10) National Parks in the calendar year 2025.

Section B: Status and Purpose

National Parks shall be legally protected zones reserved for the purposes of:

  • Ecological conservation and biodiversity,

  • Public access, education, and recreation,

  • Protection from industrial and commercial exploitation.

Section C: Official Registry

The Ministry of Environment shall publish and annually update the full list of National Parks in the National Gazette.
