This act upholds and is derived from the following articles of the Constitution of Links Land:

Article 2: Guarantees democratic governance, extending to the digital public square.

Article 16: Enshrines freedom of expression and belief in all forms, including digital speech.

Article 17: Affirms civic responsibility to participate in democratic processes, which include online platforms.

Article 19: Confirms the supremacy of constitutional freedoms over any conflicting private digital regulation.
