Article 5: Enforcement and Oversight​

Section A: Digital Rights Commission​

The Linkslandic Digital Rights Commission (LDRC) shall be established to:

  • Monitor compliance by platforms and agencies

  • Investigate algorithmic discrimination

  • Advise Parliament on evolving digital policy

Section B: Civil Redress​

Any citizen whose content or identity has been unjustly restricted may:

  • File complaints directly with the LDRC

  • Seek legal remedy through the civil courts under the Civil Proceedings Act 2025
