Article 3: Anti-Geofencing & Cross-Border Solidarity

Section A: No Algorithmic Borders

No platform may intentionally segregate Links Land users from global content except in cases of:

International sanctions

Explicit legal violations (e.g. hate speech, terrorism)

Algorithmic firewalls---such as region-exclusive feeds that restrict global diversity---are banned.

Section B: Diplomatic Action

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall:

Raise breaches of global digital freedom at international forums (e.g. UNHRC).

Support whistleblowers, journalists, and creators silenced by foreign digital regimes.

Offer refuge and digital hosting support to at-risk foreign content creators (where safe and lawful).
