Article 2: Algorithmic Transparency

Section A: Platform Responsibility

All digital service providers operating in Links Land must:

Disclose how content is ranked, filtered, or suppressed.

Provide users with the ability to appeal algorithmic decisions.

Publish annual transparency reports regarding moderation and censorship.

Content suppression tools must be subject to independent audits if affecting over 10,000 users in the country.

Section B: User Rights

All users shall have the right to:

Know why content was shown or suppressed.

Opt out of algorithmic personalization.

Receive content recommendations based on non-profiling options.
