Article 6: Safeguards Against Abuse

Section 6A:

No prosecution for treason may proceed without:

A unanimous vote by the NSC.

Concurrence from the Constitutional Court.

Approval from the monarch (as Head of State).

Section 6B:

Defendants have the right to:

A public trial.

Challenge evidence obtained through surveillance.

Appeal to the Constitutional Court.
