Article 5: Loyalty Oath and Vetting

Section 5A:

All public officials, military personnel, and senior civil servants must:

Swear a Loyalty Oath to the Constitution upon taking office.

Undergo biennial background checks by the NSC for foreign ties or extremist affiliations.

Section 5B:

Refusal to comply results in immediate dismissal and a ban on public office for 10 years.
