Article 4: Investigative Powers

Section 4A:

The National Security Committee (NSC) may:

Require sworn testimony from officials suspected of treason.

Temporarily suspend recording exemptions in private offices during investigations.

Freeze assets of individuals accused of treason pending trial.

Section 4B:

All investigations require prior approval from the Constitutional Court to prevent political abuse.
