Article 2: Mandatory Surveillance in Sensitive Offices

Section 2A:

Continuous audio-visual recording is mandated in:

Offices of senior officials (President, Elected President, County Executives).

Military command centers and intelligence agencies.

Legislative chambers during closed-door security briefings.

Section 2B:

Recordings are accessible only to the Constitutional Court, Anti-Corruption Bureau, and a new National Security Committee (NSC) composed of:

2 judges appointed by the Constitutional Court.

2 legislators (one from each parliamentary chamber).

1 representative of the monarch.

Section 2C:

Unauthorized access or leaking of recordings is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
