Article 1

Preamble:

To safeguard the constitutional monarchy, democratic institutions, and territorial integrity of Links Land, this Act criminalizes treason, subversion, and covert actions aimed at overthrowing the government, per Chapter 1 (sovereignty), Chapter 7 (military neutrality), and Chapter 6 (civic responsibilities) of the Constitution.

Article 1: Definitions

Section 1A:

Treason: Any act to unlawfully overthrow the government, collude with foreign powers to harm Links Land's sovereignty, or provide material support to entities seeking to destabilize the constitutional order.

Subversion: Covert actions to incite rebellion, sabotage critical infrastructure, or manipulate government processes to undermine lawful authority.

Loyalty Oath: A sworn declaration by all public officials and military personnel to uphold the Constitution and report treasonous activities.
