Article 1: County Law Enforcement

1. Counties shall establish local police departments under the supervision of the National Police Service.

2. Local police shall:

• Enforce laws within their jurisdiction.

• Collaborate with national law enforcement on investigations.

• Ensure public safety and crime prevention.
