Article 4: Official Secrecy Contract

Section 4A -- Contract Clauses

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

Lifelong prohibition on sharing classified information, even post-employment.

Applies to family members if inadvertently exposed.

Reporting Obligations:

Must report suspicious contacts, phishing attempts, or breaches within 24 hours.

Foreign Travel Restrictions:

Prior NSB approval required for visits to high-risk nations.

Section 4B -- Penalties for Contract Violation

Civil: Forfeiture of pension, lifetime ban from public office.

Criminal: Prosecution under Title 11 (Criminal Proceedings Act).
