Article 8: Examples of Protocol Activation

Foreign Invasion (SND):

Full conscription, media blackout, and border closures.

Cyberwarfare (Hybrid War):

Mandatory VPN use, critical infrastructure guarded by military.

Insurrection (SID):

Suspension of habeas corpus in rebel-held regions.

Penalties for Wartime Crimes

Treason: Aiding enemies -- Death Penalty or life imprisonment.

Desertion: High Offence (20 years imprisonment).

Looting: Low Offence (5 years imprisonment + restitution).

Final Provision:

This Act shall supersede all conflicting statutes during active warfare but expire automatically two years after conflict cessation, unless renewed by Parliament.

Enactment:

By the solemn duty of the Crown and the will of the people, this Act is hereby enshrined as the shield of our nation.
