Article 5: Rights and Freedoms​

Section 5A -- Suspension of Rights​

Temporary Suspensions: Freedom of assembly and movement restricted in conflict zones.

Judicial Oversight: Constitutional Court reviews suspensions every 30 days.

Section 5B -- Protected Rights​

Non-Derogable Rights: Prohibition of torture, slavery, and retroactive punishment (Chapter 6, Article 16).
