Article 3: Conscription and Voluntary Service​

Section 3A -- Conscription​

Mandatory service applies to citizens aged 18--25 during national emergencies declared by Parliament.

Exemptions for medical, religious, or conscientious objections (reviewed by the Conscription Review Board).

Section 3B -- Voluntary Service​

Volunteers receive priority for education grants and public sector employment post-service.
