Article 2: Military Conduct and Ethics

Section 2A -- Oath of Service

All personnel swear allegiance to the Constitution, not individuals or political parties.

Section 2B -- Prohibited Actions

War crimes, torture, or unlawful orders are forbidden under the Criminal Proceedings Act 2025.

Discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation is punishable by discharge (per Unity and Equality Act 2025).

Section 2C -- Rules of Engagement

Use of force must comply with international law (Geneva Conventions) and parliamentary mandates.

Civilian casualties must be minimized; violations trigger investigations by the Military Tribunal.
