(a) Police may conduct random storage inspections for licensed owners.

Section 7B -- Trafficking and Illegal Sales​

(a) Unlicensed sales or modifications: High offence (20 years imprisonment).

Section 7C -- Straw Purchases​

(a) Purchasing a firearm for an ineligible person: High offence (15 years imprisonment).
