Article 3: Storage and Transportation

Section 3A -- Secure Storage

(a) Firearms must be stored in a certified safe (biometric or dual-key).

(b) Ammunition stored separately.

(c) Violations incur fines up to 50,000 Links Landic Dimes and license revocation.

Section 3B -- Transportation

(a) Firearms unloaded, locked in a case, and declared to law enforcement during stops.

Section 3C -- Holster Violations

(a) Carrying without a secure holster: Low offence (20,000 Dime fine + permit suspension).
