Article 4: Traffic Violations and Penalties

Section 4A -- Drunk Driving (DUI)

(a) Blood alcohol limit: 0.08% for general drivers; 0.04% for commercial drivers; 0.00% for under-21 drivers.

(b) Penalties:

First offense: 10,000 Dimes fine, license suspension for 6 months.

Repeat offense: 50,000 Dimes fine, 2 years imprisonment.

Section 4B -- Reckless Driving

(a) Excessive speeding (>20 mph over limit), street racing, or aggressive maneuvers:

Fines up to 20,000 Dimes, license suspension for 1 year, and vehicle impoundment.

Section 4C -- Mobile Phone Use

(a) Handheld devices prohibited while driving; hands-free only.

(b) Penalty: 1,000 Dimes fine and 3 demerit points.
