Article 2: General Driving Rules

Section 2A -- Speed Limits

(a) Urban areas: 30 mph (unless signed otherwise).

(b) Rural highways: 60 mph (interstate highways may permit 70 mph).

(c) School/construction zones: 20 mph during active hours.

Section 2B -- Right-of-Way

(a) Yield to pedestrians at crosswalks.

(b) At intersections without signals, yield to vehicles approaching from the right.

Section 2C -- Seatbelt and Child Restraints

(a) All occupants must wear seatbelts; children under 12 or 4'9" (57 inches) require age-appropriate restraints.
