(a) An independent body investigates complaints, audits institutions, and funds community education programs.

(b) Powers to compel testimony, issue fines, and refer cases to the Civil Claims Tribunal or High Offence Court.

Section 7B -- Public Awareness​

(a) Government campaigns promote LGBTQIA+ and multicultural inclusion annually.
