Article 6: Conversion Practices Ban​

Section 6A -- Prohibition​

(a) "Conversion therapy" targeting LGBTQIA+ individuals is banned for all ages (penalties: up to 10 years imprisonment).

(b) Advertising or profiting from such practices is illegal.

Section 6B -- Support for Survivors​

(a) Survivors receive free counseling and legal aid through the Equity Commission.
