Section 5A -- Language Rights

(a) Public services must provide translation support for minority languages spoken by ≥5% of the local population.

(b) Schools in ethnically diverse regions teach at least one minority language.

Section 5B -- Heritage Protections

(a) Sacred sites, cultural practices, and traditional lands of indigenous groups are legally protected.
