Article 4: Gender Identity and Legal Recognition​

Section 4A -- Self-Identification​

(a) Individuals aged 16+ may update their legal gender marker without medical or judicial approval.

(b) Non-binary and intersex individuals can select "X" or "other" on official documents.

Section 4B -- Healthcare Access​

(a) State-funded healthcare covers gender-affirming treatments, including hormone therapy and surgeries.
