Article 2: Anti-Discrimination Protections

Section 2A -- Employment and Education

(a) No entity may deny jobs, promotions, or educational opportunities based on protected characteristics (penalties up to 500,000 Links Landic Dimes).

(b) Schools must adopt inclusive curricula reflecting LGBTQIA+ and multicultural histories.

Section 2B -- Housing and Public Services

(a) Refusing housing, healthcare, or services based on protected characteristics is unlawful (fines up to 250,000 Dimes).

(b) Public facilities (e.g., restrooms) must accommodate gender identity.
