(a) Denying seniors employment, housing, or services based on age is prohibited (fines up to 50,000 Links Landic Dimes).

(b) Public transport and infrastructure must prioritize senior accessibility.

Section 4B -- Participation in Civic Life​

(a) Polling stations and public forums must provide accommodations (e.g., seating, large-print materials).
