Article 2: Safeguards Against Abuse

Section 2A -- Prohibition of Abuse

(a) Physical, emotional, or financial abuse of seniors is punishable by 3--15 years imprisonment, depending on severity.

(b) Mandatory reporting of suspected abuse by healthcare workers, caregivers, or family members to the Senior Welfare Authority.

Section 2B -- Financial Exploitation

(a) Unauthorized use of a senior's assets, coercion into wills/contracts, or scams targeting seniors carry penalties of up to 10 years imprisonment and restitution.

(b) Banks must flag suspicious transactions involving seniors' accounts for review.
