Preamble:

To uphold the rights, autonomy, and well-being of senior citizens in Links Land, ensuring their dignity, safety, and full participation in society, as enshrined in Chapter 6, Article 16(1) of the Constitution ("Equality and freedom from discrimination").

Article 1: Definitions

Section 1A -- Senior Citizen

(a) A "senior citizen" is defined as any individual aged 65 years or older.

Section 1B -- Exploitation

(a) "Exploitation" includes financial manipulation, emotional coercion, neglect, or abuse targeting seniors.
