Section 2A -- Child-Safe Institutions​

(b) Violators face fines up to 100,000 Links Landic Dimes and license revocation.

Section 2B -- Digital Safeguards​

(a) Social media platforms must implement age-verification tools and report CSAM to law enforcement within 24 hours.
