Article 4: Contractual Obligations​

Section 4A -- Binding Agreements​

(a) Written or verbal contracts meeting offer, acceptance, and consideration are enforceable.

(b) Fraudulent contracts are void ab initio (from the outset).

Section 4B -- Breach of Contract​

(a) Remedies include compensation, specific performance, or termination, adjudicated by the Civil Claims Tribunal or High Chancery Court of Equity.
