Article 3: Property Rights

Section 3A -- Right to Ownership

(a) Property owners may use, sell, or transfer assets lawfully, per Chapter 6, Article 16(3) of the Constitution.

(b) Trespassing is prohibited; offenders may face fines or community service.

Section 3B -- Adverse Possession

(a) Ownership of land may transfer after 10 years of uncontested, continuous use, provided it is open and notorious.
