Article 2: Public Safety and Order​

Section 2A -- Duty to Prevent Harm​

(a) Individuals must act to avoid foreseeable harm to others (e.g., reporting hazards, aiding emergencies).

(b) Failure to act may result in civil liability under the Civil Proceedings Act 2025.

Section 2B -- Public Nuisance​

(a) Actions disrupting public order (e.g., excessive noise, obstructing roads) are punishable by fines up to 5,000 Links Landic Dimes.
