Preamble:

To enshrine foundational legal principles rooted in reason, justice, and international consensus, ensuring clarity, fairness, and harmony with the Constitution of Links Land (Chapter 6, Article 16).

Article 1: General Principles

Section 1A -- Reasonableness Standard

(a) All laws, actions, and judicial decisions shall adhere to the standard of reasonableness, balancing individual rights and public interest.

(b) Courts shall interpret ambiguities in favor of fairness and common sense.

Section 1B -- Presumption of Innocence

(a) In criminal matters, no person shall be deemed guilty without proof beyond reasonable doubt.

Section 1C -- Good Faith

(a) Contracts, agreements, and negotiations must be executed in good faith; malicious intent voids enforceability.
